Dawn of a New Queen

Declared queen by the orphans she rescued years earlier, Krys must learn to lead and accept everything leadership entails, both the good and the painful.

As the dead roam the land under the command of demon lords. Krys and the Children of Grace gather what supplies they can and begin the long journey home, where the crown that once belonged to her brother now rests on the head of an evil queen.

Forbidden to use her powers, Krys must rely on faith, resolve, and those who follow her. To save them all, she must lead the Children of Grace into the heart of darkness and end the reign of terror threatening to consume the land.

The return home was the finale with a sudden appearance of someone we have known about from book 2. However, with the decision to extend book 6, the story opened up and allowed me to explore a much darker and better conclusion to the entire series.
